Compulsive Obsessive Disorders
Among the most serious forms of psychopathology we can find obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). The rituals that the person can perform are unstoppable and are performed for:
- Propitiate one’s own reality
- Prevent any damage
- Repair the negative effects of a thought or an action.
These are the main classes of rituals, which make the person a slave to a mechanism through which he tries to control reality.

The disorder affects both sexes equally, and can occur in childhood and adolescence. In strategic therapy, the therapist uses therapeutic tricks, which create corrective emotional experiences in perceptions, to then acquire the ability to manage the problem.
